Our Small Family Home is staffed by individuals who meet California Title 22 licensing requirements and are committed to providing consistent, attentive, and respectful care in a family-style environment.

Key staffing practices include:

• 24-Hour Supervision
  Children are supervised at all times by qualified staff in accordance with Title 22 regulations.
   
• Staff Qualifications & Clearances
  All staff members complete required criminal background clearances, health screenings, and pre-service training prior to working with children.
   
• Training & Professional Development
  Staff receive ongoing training consistent with Title 22 requirements, including child safety, mandated reporting, emergency procedures, and age-appropriate care practices.
   
• Mandated Reporter Compliance
  All staff are trained and comply with California mandated reporter laws.
   
• Awake Supervision (When Required)
  Awake supervision is provided as required by licensing and based on the needs of the children in care.
